The LEED New Construction & Design Platinum Certification for the eFACiLiTY® Building and its top score certifies the greenness of the building in terms of its design and construction. The Arc platform has been created by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification, Inc. (GBCI) to rate the daily performance of the buildings on categories covering Energy, Water, Waste, Transportation and Human Experience. eFACiLiTY® Building is also the first building worldwide to implement the Arc Platform for measuring the post occupancy performance of the building from the day of the building getting certified.
The beautiful Arc display shows an animated view of the scores across the above said categories with a total score. The current score of 90 out of possible 100 being displayed is one of the highest scores and endorses the operational greenness of the building.
